Marie-Anne Vercellone has spent a decade as a regulatory lawyer inside the companies she now advises, building the function from within rather than observing it from the outside.
She built and ran the Regulatory function at Aircall, contributed to regulatory work at Twilio, and has led specialist mandates across satellite, NIS2, and electronic communications. She is a senior adviser to an international AI governance initiative.
She works in French and English, and advises enterprise legal teams, General Counsels, and operator boards across the EU and internationally. Speaker and member of Hub France IA.
